Weekend Passes
£44 (+£2 booking fee) each
Please note you will not actually receive any passes. You will receive an email or letter confirming your pass purchase along with a reference number.
This email will be sent to the email address linked to the PayPal account.
You will need to print off this email and bring either the email or letter with you to the soul weekend & exchange it for your passes when you arrive at Searle’s reception.
i.e. the email/letter represents your passes,
if, for some reason, you cannot produce this letter when you arrive at Searles for the event you could be charged again.
No refunds will be given for unwanted passes.

FAQs
Yes … you can park at your accommodation units / lodges.
No … you don’t need to bring any bedding!
(As all bedding is supplied & your beds are made up for you)
All electric, heating and hot water is included in the price.
Sorry we do not do on-site one night accommodation packages.
Don’t forget your weekend starts with the warm-up party from 1pm on Friday afternoon in the motown lounge which is located in the main clubhouse building, hosted by a selection of DJ’S.
Early check-in is available from 1 pm on Friday afternoon, standard check-in from 4pm, check-out 12pm on Sunday (event finishes at 3pm)
£40.00 Deposit per person secures your on site accommodation.
Half board meal packages are available.
Camper and Touring Pitches are available on park.
Payment balances are due from September.
Both sunny hunny & soul family affair are strictly over 18’s only.
If you lose your wristband over the weekend you will be charged for a replacement band.
Searles have a NO talc policy.
Parties of 4 or more people are required to stay on park.
PLEASE NOTE, searles stay on park confirmation paperwork & printed copies of weekend/day pass email confirmations will be required in exchange for your wrist bands on arrival at the soul weekend.
